I TRIED THIS DATAPACK IN 1.16.4 and 1.16.5!!!!. I DONT KNOW ABOUT ANY OTHER VERSIONS.MAYBE IT WILL WORK.

1.Generate a world
2.Copy and paste or move the datapck to the minecraft datapck folder
3.Extract it
4.join the world and type in /reload
