Tyson grabbed the rope attached to the cement block, and began desperatly pulling it, with all his might. Every single scream made his muscles more tense, but he soon realised he was too small and pathetic to move the thing that blocked his companion from oxygen, food and water. He heard a crash from the darkness in front of him, and he immediatly ran out of the alleyway, scurrying for a wide open plain where he could see danger from a mile away.

Jason Core was tired, and he decided to go back to the cave in which he had been camping out in for so long. He thought he should pack up when he should wake, because the cave was a bit rusty.
Automaton looked to be as well off as ever to Carin, his armored plates only slightly scuffed. Her mind automatically went to ways to clean the plating and possibly add some more muscle material to the body, remnants of her old life before the fire.
Automaton, as she had named him during filming, was perched on top of a rooftop, 'staring' down at her. He had no eyes of course, that had been a part of her design for him, the lack of eyes making it less relatable and more unreal, but she still felt his attention focused on her.
She began to back away, stumbling over the burnt corpse again, this time falling flat on her ass.

Oaker retreats to the ash covered city, hoping to find the purple river.
Serenity sighed. The once vibant Venice now blackened with hatred running rampant. She croaked with thirst. "How long since I had a decent meal?" She thought. Too long. But she wasn't that kind of hungry. The kind of hunger that was only satisfied when she wakes up covered in bloo- Happy thought, happy, happy...
She slowly sinks back next to the graffiti-stained wall. Slumped with defeat, she asks her Voice why. He doesn't reply.

Ryan dangled his legs from the branch, gazing onto the lifeless ground, hoping that Venice would regain its lively atmosphere.
Oaker stomped around a deeper part of the forest, looking for animals.

Carin stumbled over a charred corpse and almost fell, managing to just barely catch herself on a piece of rebar sticking out of a piece of rubble. She could feel blood begin to flow down her hand as part of the metal cut into her palm, making her wince in pain. Pulling herself up, she stared at the cut and the blood, wondering how she still had any blood left in her.
In the time she had been stuck in the city she had been bashed, bruised and cut dozens of times, only barely managing to make it thru each time. The many creatures that had begun to appear made matters worse as they always ended up keeping her away from most sources of medicine or food. She was always on the move and always looking over her shoulder.
Ignoring the pain, Carin tore off a strip of cloth from a mostly in-tact bed sheet that was caught on a piece of rubble nearby, using it to cover her new cut and stem the flow of blood. She had been without food for 2 days and she was already starting to feel the effects on her stamina because of it.
A noise behind her alerted her to the presence of the one creature in this burned out land who was familiar to her.

Jason looked at the water. It was still purple. With a slightly higher pitched sigh than you'd expect, he laid back and looked at the sky. It used to mean hope. Not anymore. It hadn't for a very long time.
