Looks like it's worth a shot..
Name: Realm Of PvP
Colors: Well, Something to do with PvP... But some brightish (But not cheap looking) colors so it's eye catching yet professional.
Animated: The advertisment of plugins to rotate, so [Factions] then it changes and says [Raid] then [PvP] then [HungerGames] then [24/7] then [No lag]

Colors: I want it to be red/lava... the theme is Hell/Nether... so if you could make something awesome for that theme, it would be much appreciated.
Animated: Maybe the words, make sure the banner tells people its [Tekkit],[Factions],[PVP],[Voting],[Chest Shop]... tekkit, factions, pvp are most important if u have to choose (chest shop is least important).
