1 A subway train system
2 A mail system
3 Player run Towns (Basic stuff: Trade shop,community craft houses, bank,)
4 Mob and PvP arenas
5 Players can join one of 4 "Districts" That are basically factions,but with ALOT more power over what goes on in the server,Superior players would live an play in a center "capitol" Each district would have access to the capitol and enjoy it as a safe zone, even though players from other districts can attack others in the capitol. It would start a war and earn your faction less help from the capitol... that means no lava,if you conduct a major attack (harassment, mass grieving) you will receive 1 warning,a 48 hour house arrest(any time you log in,you can leave your districts borders) If you keep on going,you earn a 7 day house arrest and then a ban.
6 Each district has 1 town.
7 Mob Factory(all district use) send a message to the factory and it will be sent to your house via mail
8 zoo

I admit I am amajor HG fan. It would not be based on the hunger games but more a warland type idea. I only used "district" and "capotal" because I could not think of a better word to describe it! Ether way,thanks for commiting so much!
