This is a 1:2 scaled model of a town in Iowa called Winterset. It has a nice town square and some historic monuments surrounded by some nice rivers and natural parks so I figured I'd start to make the whole town.

You can see the Madison County courthouse building in the center is about 90% finished with some to be done on the inside (mostly the courtroom itself). And the town is just getting started.



I will be building everything in detail all at once so each building will be built from the inside out before moving on.
