I NEED A SERVER HUB

I need a New Hub Spawn for my server. Something nice like the one on "The Hive" or "Shotbow" but not exactly like those. I will give credit on my server to whoever builds it. They might also get a rank.
The hub should have portals for
1. Faction World
2. Plots (Creative World)
3. Mini-games/ Arcade
4. Sky-block
If possible have the hub floating in the void. (I can send you a empty void only map if you want.)
