Well, not hue-shifting, colour use.

@Phetagorah's was definitely better in my opinion, all round. His shading, while a bit glaring, took noticeable effort and time; the skin encompassed the palette colours perfectly in a creative way.

@Blinque's skin was also original but seemed to lack imperative detail. The stars were also entirely too symmetrical, as quoted by @Prisma15. However, his use of the actual colours was quite nice; but ultimately I have to vote for @Phetagorah's skin.

I don't like Blinque's skin because it's rather dull and the stars are way too contrary. Also, the shading and colours are too novice. You probably know me, and if you did, you'd probably know that I LOVE lunar and I also love Mage's. So this kinda ruined that for me.

On the other hand I really like zRav, uh, I mean Phetogorah's skin. It hasn't got any detail but the hue shifting is divine and the shading is quite pretty. To be honest though, the cape is too sharp and it should spread over the shoulders.

Phetogorah is the winner in my story. Good job, both of you.

I like phetagorah's more because it has an awesome color palette, and on Blinque's skin the bright dots (stars?) are too symmetrical.

Honestly, I don't like either of them. :/
(I can't decide which one I like better.)
