Their nice, but can be improved.

Not too good, it looks like you used noise, or just don't know how to either shade, or hue shift.

I just used noise on the hair for the Payday 2 Skins because it looked kind of weird the way someone told me to do it.

Nevertheless, still click those links, they'll basically teach you all you need to know to go to the next level of skinning.

They're decent, but need more shading. Not like i'm any sort of expert myself though.

The shading is to light and round.
