As I have no more space in the elite members' app blog, I now have to list all the apps elsewhere (which is pretty annoying, the update derped out and now I have to do it all over again -.-')

no you can't, the skin for this event must be a skin of one of your favorite pmc'ers, and even then this one is closed and you are gonna have to wait for a new one in order to become an elite member

Ehhhh I don't like my skin I have a better one but I guess I will just roll with this one for now. I do hope I get in based on my other work though :3
