Hiring builders and terraformers for RPG project - Reward!

Hey, I'm Yisewalton.
I plan to open an RPG server, however I'm in need of assistance! I'm looking for a terraformer and some builders who can make a project to my requests and designs (some more info on this in the paragraph below). If you're active, I would prefer it so we can get this done fast! I will provide plugins such as worldedit and voxelsniper to assist the terraformer(s)!
I need a group of builders and terraformer(s) to create multiple islands on the sea and then fill them with pirate like buildings, for example, shipyards, taverns, docks, shops and houses ect... As you've probably guessed, it's Pirate themed RPG!
The rewards for helping me are as follows: Credit, a donor rank on my server and payment IF I receive donations - this is a unique idea bound to do well, don't miss out! (We could also arrange to have a straight up payment if you really want, But I'm not promising anything!)

Activeness: mostly on the weekday with a 2-4 dedication/ on weekends are probably a 1 hour minimum since I'm mostly busy with family business then.
Any previous work: I'm a experienced faction server builder, but I'm interested in your idea of a RPG server since I've played on such servers like Dungeon Realms which has the same idea. And in a pirate theme has much to consider building such as strange islands of floating sky castles that may fit into the theme. I'm eager to be accepted and begin building. But I'll also need a consideration of the story line so do tell me when accepted on skype.

I hope this one does though I have experience in wilderness and medival themed builds as well as in redstone and command blocks though still ill have to look up some stuff. Hope you'll let me Help!
