I have wanted to form or join a good build team for awhile now, but have had basically zero success. Anyone have any ideas on a good way to do this? I am looking for people like me who would like to work on large theme builds with a small team of patient, mature people. I am a solid builder, 38 years old with plenty of time in the evenings and decent ideas. Anyway, if anyone has any thoughts I would appreciate them!

If you want to join one, I suggest make more builds and post them, or get them noticed, people will want to recruit you if you are popular. Also, change your profile picture from the default one. People think you are more professional and grown up if you have an original profile pic. Having the "steve" pic makes you seem lazy/uninterested.
If you want to form a group, do all of the above, and socialize more by posting on forums and commenting on peoples work. Hope this helped.
