Recruiting a Skilled Graphics Designer for paid Custom TP

Hello,
We're a Build Team that started in September 2012. We're looking for a skilled graphics designer to create a custom texturepack for our members and us to use for our server and videos. We will pay a negotiable amount of money for this. We will also need someone whilling to update the texturepack in the future as new blocks are added etc.
It would be preferable if you have had previous texturing experience along with pictures to back it up.

I think you would get a better response asking on the Minecraft Forums. A lot of skilled professional artists hang out in the Texture Discussion forum, and I know at least a few of them aren't tied down on a project right now.
