you could make an awesome trolling one you can use on you friends where the water looks like blood and the steve heads are bloody as well a long with realistic mobs to freak you buddys out :).....
You could make an ocean-themed texture pack, or a nature one where moss is on things
Could you maybe make one that changes the elytra texture, like a cape?!
