I can't really seem to be able to make a good build myself, so I'm just asking if anyone can give me a PCpartpicker list of a $400 PC that I want to build for one of my friends, here are some guidelines:
US Currency.
No GPU, I'm going to give him my GTX 750 Ti as I'll be getting a 970.
Micro Center is an option.
Maximum over-budget is $450.
Capable of staying at a similar price range by Q2 2015, Which is when I'm building the thing.

Thank you but I'd like them in a PCpartpicker list, and no GPU.

What is this computer going to be used for? Light-Medium gaming, Average game will be usually Minecraft and Gmod, Covered by GTX 750 Ti.
List what you will be doing with your computer.
This is for my friend, my PC Isn't going anywhere.
What is your budget?
$400-450 USD.
Include amount and currency.
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
USA, With a Micro Center 15 minutes away from me.
Your country lets us know what sites you can order from. If you have a nearby Microcenter they have some great in-store only deals that you can take advantage of.
What is included in the budget?
Only CPU, RAM, Memory, Storage, Case, and PSU.
Things like the tower, the OS, peripherals and monitors.
Will you be overclocking?
No.
Overclocking will require different hardware than a non-overclocking build so we need to know this.
Will you be reusing any parts?
Just my GTX 750 Ti.
If you are reusing parts list them here.
What OS do you want?
I already have a spare copy of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.
Say which OS you want or say if you already have a copy of one.
Any specific case preferences?
Keep it small enough to fit into compact spaces, but big enough to have enough air.
Size, color, etc.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
I'd prefer this build to perform better in Minecraft CPU-wise. Also, stick with that one WD 1TB Hard Drive and a small SSD for the OS.
Stuff like an SSD, large hard drive, RAID, and wifi

Why would you get a parts list now when there is a good change that Broadwell desktop CPUs will be released around when you are building it? Plus prices change daily so there is really no need to get a build any more than a few days before you are buying the parts.
