I'm on a low budget to pimp out my desktop, and to play a game called star made, I require Open GL 2.1 or higher.
If theres any better options, say it
I'm on a 200, possibly 250 dollar budget, and I plan on buying a new processor,
You see, I have a twelve year old video card and a god knows how old 1.5 GHz AMD Sempron, and I plan on upgrading. So far, if all comes to all, I might just throw in 100 dollars for this

But that only leaves me with 150 dollars for a processor and RAM upgrade

It can run open GL 4.1, great
The dual core I'm getting is 3.8 GHz
Im also getting 8 gigs of RAM
For a 250 dollar budget, this looks amazing

A 200-250 dollar budget is very tight. Especially with all the new gear and games coming out soon. Save up until the newer games and tech comes out.
