57r4d's build will be more than enough, if you want to invest a bit more into the GPU you could get a 290 instead. but it won't be better enough to justify spending an extra $100. If you find a 290 for ~$50 more than the 280X, then get it instead.
ok

This is really good if you want to focus more on Editing and Multi-Tasking. The Graphic's Card could be upgraded later. Also, I found that the RAM Runs at DDR3 -1333, If you were wondering. There are also cheaper versions of this, or you could find the same parts and make it on your own. Hope this helps.
Processor is worse than in mine, 32 GB of RAM is NEVER needed except in special circumstances (and the fact that it's as slow as 1333 Mhz is also not too good), the GPU is worse, and the PSU isn't as reliable.
Over what I'm willing to pay, also I'm agreeing with 57r4d

This is a great build, the CPU is geared more toward the editing/rendering side but will perform great in games also. The GPU is great for the price also.

It would be much cheaper, and you'd get better performance if you built your own desktop. Laptops can't really be built and you can get a much better PC with your budget.
