What are some websites you can purchase from? Do you need to overclock? Dropping overclocking should bring the price down quite a bit.

The build will be good, are you looking to eventually put more RAM in it?? If not just go for 2x4GB RAM configuration rather than 1x8 if they have that option. Should be cheaper
Not only cheaper, but you can take advantage of Dual Channel RAM which offers some noticeable speed enhancements.

Not that bad actually though you overspent on the PSU and got an Ivy Bridge i5 instead of a Haswell i5. Also why did you get Windows 7 ultimate? You can save 80$ by getting Windows 7 Home Premium.

Full explanation here you will never need the windows ultimate features for gaming and the highest i am entirely sure you need is Windows Professional
