Whenever I visit my server page, I am greeted with this message:

When you submit many submissions that are against the rules, you get banned.
when you get banned, you can't comment/submit for a period of time. (If you get tempbanned)

same happened to me but mine is temporary i got it because i posted the clay soilder mod

You probably lost permission to do so from abuse/something. PM a site mod, I'm sure they'll know what's up.

Maybe you are banned from commenting? I don't really know.
