Why do I see leaves on the Top of the screen of PMC Page

I was on PMC. I kinda realize that Leaves are appearing on the top of the screen. Can somebody tell me why are the leaves doing here? If so. Feel free to comment.

Its a themed thing they do couple times a year for their active header. Falling leaves = Autumn
