Above the Nether glitch

I own a server where raiding and griefing is allowed. Some people are using the piston+glass trick in order to get above the nether. Is there a plugin that automatically kills players that go above the nether bedrock layer? Or that prevents people from doing this glitch? Thanks!

What you can do is find a plugin this makes it so certain items cannot be moved by pistons. Although bedrock cannot really be moved, still, it's worth a try.
