I just us ctrl+ z
If you're using paint.net then go to the top left of the screen, and go into the edit tab, and click deselect in case you used the magic wand or something. If that's not the case, then I'm at a beat.
or Inkscape, though I think gimp is better. If you want, you can make the non-transparent blocks in paint, but they need to be saved in a certain format, so you'll need another prgram anyway
You mean MSPaint...?
You can't make a texture pack in Microsoft Paint. You have to use something with transparency support like GIMP or Paint.NET. Both are free.
