I am on windows 10, have java 64bit (on a 64 bit laptop) . This issue occurs when loading any world: Servers, Single player, Forge or vanilla. The current version works for all of vanilla but I run most of my worlds, servers and mods on 1.7.10 (Forge version 1.7.10-Forge10.13.4.1614). I have tried different forge versions and java versions but I have had no luck. I receive this crash report every time loading a single player world:

Basically what Karrthus said, but you can also fix it by going to your video options from the main menu (so before trying to load a world) and re-adjust the render distance.

im im correct this should be the fix for it

go to
C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft and delete options.txt

when you go from a newer version of minecraft to and older version the way render distance is done breaks when you put it too high in the new version then try and launch the older version
