Music Disc will Not Play!

Hi Everyone!
My name is Khfan23 and I am making an adventure map with a custom resource pack, so I added Music to a Music disc for the pack but it would not play. I changed resource packs to the default one but the music disc would not play in that one ether. BTW I checked my sound and music, they were both 100%.
If anyone has had this problem or can help me in anyway please Respond!

This happened to me with note blocks. It seemed to be fixed after I restarted my computer.
