Hi everyone,
At the moment our team is in the process of creating our server, however, one of our members cannot join for the last couple of weeks and is really frustrating. We setup another server on the same PC and he could connect but when he tries to connect to the other main server, it gives this error (in the spoiler)
Please help us!

Thanks for the reply, we have actually managed to fix this, as it now says Timed out error and we know what to do next.

If he is the only member who has ever had a problem with this than it's probably fairly easy to correct.
I would suggest removing any trace of his existence on the server ( back-end wise ) from player files to groups. Doing so should solve the issue.
As you mentioned you setup another server and he could connect it's most likely a certain plugin having issues with him. On the second server you made did you use the exact same plugins you had on your main server?
