Please answer this question if you know how to stop this glitch!
Why, in minecraft 1.8, the endermen dont spawn in the end. I have the game in hard.
Even if I use a command block, the endermen disappears, and in my overworld it spawns endermen.

I think the problem is that you have doMobSpawning to false. Try typing "/gamerule doMobSpawning" and see if it says true or false. If it says false, type "/gamerule doMobSpawning true" and that should fix it. Do you have a problem spawning stuff in the overworld?
Also, try turning off your resource pack.
