my cable broke or something and once it was fixed... i had to reportforward my server and i did that on my Arris NVG599 but it didn't seem to work... in NAT/Gaming in Firewall i made service and put 25565-25565 for the global port range and 25565 for the base port range but when i go to canyouseeme.org it says "Error: I could not see your service on 162.198.200.228 on port (25565)
Reason: Connection refused" and no one can join my ip... so... what do i do...

I'm not sure what to think at this point. I think you should move on to interactive support, like sharing your screen with someone who knows their way around your router model.

Is 192.168.1.79 your server's local IP address? Check ipconfig.

Is 192.168.1.79 your server's local IP address? Check ipconfig.

If you port forwarded properly, you picked a local IP address to forward port 25565 to. This is in the guide I posted. Please follow it and let me know when things stop working.

I can join my server locally but when someone tries joining from my ip they can't.
