Ok so I started using VoxelSniper today to overlay a mountain with grass but every time I right click with the arrow a Radius 1 sized sphere of cobblestone appears at the origin point of where I clicked. When I go to undo the work the cobblestone stays there. This happened on every brush I tried and the cobble stayed after I undid everything.
