Why Wont Factions Run?

As the title says factions the plugin wont run on my server. I put in the jarfile and nothing happens please help. If someone gives me an effective answer they can have mod on my server.

There was a problem with the factions plugin where they had a version that made the plugin itself not load, and the config file wouldn't create. You should go back and get the right version of MCore and Factions for your server version, make sure all 3 of them are connected correctly and it should work!
use factions 1.4.7 thats the latest one that works
