Armor Stand @p Help

Hi I was wondering if it was possible to use @p when summoning armor stands with heads. It is very confusing and I tried so many times to get it right.

Rename each armor stand, and then use /tp @e[name=NAME]
This works too, but it's not quite as efficient because the name will be displayed above the armor stand whether it's invisible or not.
No, you can't use @p to target armor stands. @p refers to the nearest player. You can use @e[type=ArmorStand] or if you know about scoreboards you can tag the armor stand and then do @e[tag=CustomTag].
