I LOVE restore/pimp up villages i find, but im wondering if you have any sugestions?
It could be anything from mods with stuff that fits to building ideas!

Tear down the church and rebuild it out of brick.
Build a secret hideout underneath the well.
Connect all the villager houses with trapdoors and underground tunnels.
