Mojang Support not really supportive?

I recently got my Minecraft account: Mrama hacked, so I contacted Mojang no reply. I then contacted them four more times and still no reply I have tried everything. The reason why I cannot change the password is because my bro, who is in college, is the one who bought me the account and he used his e-mail. I cannot contact him normally because he is sleeping (Chicago time to Texas time). Mojang Support team really needs to step up their game because I really want to play the game that I play almost every day. If you have anything I can do to retrieve my account please speak up. Thank you in advance

Mojang isn't really supportive because they probably get 100s of requests each day about hacked acounts, most of them bieng false claims. Considering they don't have a very big team working on minecraft, I don't think they have time to deal with this.
