Can I advetise my server beforehand that its out? I shut down my old server and I thought maybe pre-advertising would be the way to go, any opinions?

I meant it as Hyping it up on the forums, so players get a new feel to the server when they get on, I'm working on it right now, and how do you get a server hyped up? (IDK)

Hyping it on the forums should be fine, I've seen it done, I have no idea about posting a submission early though.
