Let's get straight to the question:

How can I get a unique custom player head without having a player change their skin?

Here's the long story:

I am planning on making a somewhat revolutionary custom adventure map based off a popular visual novel.
The thing is that I need player heads and armor stands to add different characters into the adventure map.
Now I know getting a custom skull uses the
/give @p skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"NAME"}
command, but what if it was a unique skin that no one wears?
How do I get one?

I need answers as soon as possible so I can start as soon as I can.
