Survival Games Idea

I've recently watched " The Hunger Games: Catching Fire " and i've got this awesome idea for survival games.
If someone could create some sort of survival games plugin that has the days or clocks that certain stuff will happen. such as the poison fog/smoke - Zombies? Acid Rain?
And combine it will a replica of the catching fire arena.
This would be very fun to play

Ah, you hipsters and your movies. xD I haven't seen the movie, but I've read the book ten million times. Yeah, I thought that was cool how the arena was a clock. And yes, even though it would take a computer programming genius, that would be awesome if they could do it in Minecraft.
Just finished reading the book and I still want to see the movie! Lol
