Is the EULA going to be enforced?

I was wondering if this EULA is going to be enforced because if you look at all the big servers they still sell gameplay affecting items. Very few of them actually are 'legal' so is it actually going to be enforced?

You realize mojang can block servers from authenticating, which is most likely how they can shut them down. The servers could still go offline mode, but they're a pain.

They need to enforce the big ones otherwise its just unfair.

Most of the big ones have changed already. Give me or Mojang, a list of servers that don't comply with the new EULA

Mojang is already enforcing servers, along with PMC (I assume). It'll take time, things don't exactly happen quickly with Mojang.

I seriously doubt that EULA will ever be enforced. It seems impossible to me to stop the majority from selling items. Time will tell, I guess.

they need to be informed of these big servers via the ticket system on the mojang website, because they dont know all the big servers or any server still breaking the rules so it requires player submited reports so mojang as a direction to the server then they enforce it.

That would be an inefficient system, people would just make a million tickets, there is a small amount of staff at Mojang, so it would be impossible like that

And i will counter your statment with my own
I have reported 2 servers so far, small ones even about selling in game items for real life money got an email from mojang that they are greatful for the report and promptly shut down the server.
It may be inefficient but it works
