i had an experience like herobrine. i came out of my mine and saw a creeper at the door
being a wimp i went to turn it on peaceful and saw it already was i went out of the escape menu and let it explode i couldn't see any damage so i went to the top of my house where i grew trees.i saw no damage confused i went back into my house and heard the sound of water flowing then a block placed and broken.i started to get very freaked out then i heard a heap of animals out side i was looking at my window and saw a pig or sheep (i cant remeber what one) turned it to the other. the only mod i had at the time was the shelf mod, loader and optifine.

he is real, he is an old glitch form of the human mob that became self-aware, reforming itself constantly to survive, and due to his original coding as a human mob, tries to kill any steve he sees.

I used to believe in him, but I never saw him and there was a lot of proof that he wasn't real.He can only be in the game if he's in the code.

i think herobrine is notch because there is a account with the user name herobrine and as far as anyone has found out the creator of the account is Swedish and notch is Swedish plus he could hack the game easily because he crated the game

Herobrine is NOT real because in the updates it says -Removed Herobrine
he was never real even before all those Removed Herobrine updates. And here's another way, if you look in the Minecraft.jar file there is no picture of Herobrine. Notch tweeted that Herobrine is NOT real if you don't believe him I really don't know who you are .
