Looking for Co-Owner

Let me get the story straight, Me along with my brother set-up a Tekkit server in hopes of becoming the best. Within a few days of opening the server up to the public it was doing quite well for a new server, getting an average of about 20-30 people. But all of that changed when my IP changed. Now everything is messed up and broken, the ports for Minecraft have closed and I can't run the server which was very disappointing. And yes I was running it on my computer. Right now I am looking for a Co-Owner that willing to help me re-establish the server and return it so that it may bask in glory.
