I'd be glad to help out in a staff position (staff manager AND/OR head admin), I know how to do protections with WorldGuard, I am kind and helpful, I am VERY active on Minecraft, and would never break any server rules. I'm sowwy but I have no Skype, but I do have enjin (Petals4013) so feel free to access my via there.
