We are presently looking for dynamic, professional, and competent individuals for the following positions:

Community

Community Manager: 0/1
you are responsible for keeping the players updated with all relevant information and getting their feedback and input on some early features and services (Facebook and other sites etc).

Forum Moderator: 2/2
you are responsible for keeping the forum and website services clean and professional and dealing with the services' users account actions.



Support Service

In-Game Support Representative: first-line support; 2/2
you are responsible for taking care of the players and their requests (petitions) and are required by contract to respect the privacy of the player and respect any internal regulation.

In-Game Specialist: 1/3
you are responsible for taking care of player requests (tickets) which require special game privileges, experience, and/or knowledge in assisting with tasks not normally attainable by normal Support Representatives.



Administration 3/4

Account Administrator: account administration team tasks; you are responsible for managing, organizing, and dealing with account actions, privileges, and investigation requests received by other internal representatives. Your are required by contract to respect the privacy of the player and respect any internal regulation.

Shift Manager: 1/1
management tasks; you are responsible for dealing with internal organization of the staff, including but not limited to: organizing and watching the work shifts of all representatives, organizing and watching all representatives' actions, and keeping the representatives aware and updated of all bugs, situations, events.



Development Team

Developer: content developer; 5/10
you will work on our custom world by building new zones and be provided different licenses and tools to do so. Your work will be closely inspected and may be subject to our custom licensing.
