You don't need that much staff, dude...
Exactly my thoughts. You really only need the base positions such as Helper, Mod, Admin, H-Admin, Co-Owner, Dev, and Owner, not all this Jr. shiz
Define Developer? Do you need someone who makes custom plugins and codes them from scratch, or do you need a Manager who implements and configures plugins.
