Lyrian Theology:
The world was created by Moradin, the god of creation. Then the goddess, Ehlonna, gave the world life. Form this life, mankind was born. Pelor, god of the sun, gave mankind good morals. Nerull, god of darkness, gave mankind bad morals. In order to keep the balance between the two, Etocia, the god of balance, created an equillibrium between the two forces of good and evil. Disreiem, the god of civilizatio, gave mankind a sense of organization.

Start of civilizations:
After Disreiem blessed mankind with the power of political communications, the men of Lyria started the first major settlement of Letholdus. After Letholdus had become the major hub for everything in Lyria, people wanted to seek anew.Thus other nations, such as Anvil, were born. Many of the later settlements would be under Letholdusian rule.

The start of Letholdus:
Letholdus started out as a small village of fishermen and fur traders. Letholdus was a stopping point for caravans going from each smaller settlements. Letholdus made many of the profits that came through the paths of the caravans, thus causing many more merchants to settle in the town. Letholdus eventually grew big enough to the point where a man by the name of Leo declared himself King of Letholdus, and the people accepted it. King Leo was a fine king. He was a hardworking man, putting his people before himself. He did the bets he could making Letholdus what it is today. After his death, later generations would replace him. Later, through a brutal civil war, the nation was divided, and it took a man by the name of Frederick to unite them. Fredrick became the first ruler outside the royal family.

The Start of Felrook
Felrook was founded from a group of people from Letholdus wanted to start theor own instead of being ruled over by a King. After they constructed the first few houses immigration grew. Eventually a Government was needed. They put in a Senate of the wealthy citizens, and magistrates of the more poor citizens. Two Consuls would look over this government with advise from the advisors until a man named Lucky Caesar would come along and end it, putting it under a one man ruled nation. With guidance from the Senate and the Magistrates, the small immigrant town grew into a nation.

The Start of Anvil
Anvil was the first settlement to be created by non-Letholdusians. Anvil was settled by a group of free-lance merchants to promote trade and wealth for themselves. As the years went by it grew into a thriving maritime state and attracted many traders from all over Lyria. Today, Anvil is known for its selective breed of merchants, it's caring Jarl, and hard working citizens.

Politics in Lyria
The system of government for each nation varies but they all have a common foundation of feudalistic aspects. Letholdus, Felrook, and Anvil like to keep things orderly to protect its citizens. They have many laws and enforce them with their guards. Each nation also promotes free-trade and anyone can set up shop to make a profit. Taxes are usually enforced as well.


Diplomacy in Lyria
For the past 1000 years, Lyria has been in a state of peace. A war between two seperate states hasn't been fought in ages. Although each nation has their disagreements, a full on war has never erupted. Who's to say it will always be that way?

As a RP server, we do have rules to make the server as pleasurable as possible!
