The Perfect Server

I tried to make a server but I just don't have the internet speed for it. I have been searching far and wide for a server to play on, but none of them have the rules I'm looking for. They're always either too strict or too lenient, and I'm getting so frustrated!
These are the rules I want:
- no harassing/trolling other players
- no griefing
- no stealing
- consensual pvp only(if any pvp at all)
- no spam
- capitalization ALLOWED as long as it doesn't turn into spam
- swearing ALLOWED as long as it doesn't turn into harassment
Please, please please PLEASE let me know if a server like this exists :C I have searched on so many different server lists and tried so many different servers... I just want a place where I can show off my creations and see other people's work too without drama flying all over the place.

As a Subscriber to you its is my duty to inform you that amgames is the server you want.
lots of fun and pvp has a command that only allows pvp if both players have it on! the rest of the rules match your perfect server thing!
