Ever wanted a FREE Minecraft server but unable to host it or find someone that will host it free?

Unlimited Space
Starting off with 30 players
Any plugins
Great hosting
Lag-Free
Conditions:
I am Co-Owner
I have complete control over the server but its still your server and you can do whatever aswell

I beleive this shouldn't be allowed. Reasons being;
If it's hosted off of YOUR computer, you could always shut it down or deop/ban the person when the server is progressed.
If it's professionally hosted, and they only get console; You could remove their console access and keep the server as your own.
This basically classifies as potential scam.

I would take your server but i have reasons why i didn't:
1# I don't have skype
2# I use no-ip client and uTorrent to host my server
