You need to be the server owner to post the server and the original poster would more than likely need to confirm your story before the post could be transferred, so I doubt that the submission will be moved. You could still try asking a Super Mod to move it for you though.

To be honest and if I am correct. A server made by that admin cannot be "reassigned" to anyone because one, no one else has the rights to the server, and two only he has admin access to it. PMC can't do anything about it nor do I believe they would as that is not their job. Sorry bud
