No, it isn't.
Alienwares are really overpriced though. If you're in the UK i recommend you go to Novatech. Cheaper PC's for half the price.
If you do get that, don't just play minecraft, it'll be a waste of your money as minecraft runs fine on most PCs.

I don't know what's up with my laptop. Its can run Happy Wheels on supermax, but even with Optifine and lowest settings, minecraft lags.

If you want that good for specs you should consider a custom build. They are generally cheaper than any PC desktop and get you more spec for your buck. If you need advice on custom builds you can probably Google it or go to a local computer store as i have not built one myself. You can also go to newegg.com to look at parts/prices and you can also buy from there to. (newegg is for America/Canada only if your asking)

Dude, running Minecraft on a computer like that will run as smoothly as cutting butter with a hot knife, 16 GB of RAM will give you about 90-100 FPS, giving you that authentic "My PC is practically a supercomputer" motion blur.

You could get a dynamic shader mod, a water shader mod and an extreamly high-res texture pack and still run faster then usual.
