Cracked versions can give you keyloggers and virus, the keyloggers can see everything you write and can easily steal your minecraft accounts and passwords, Just sayin'.

Screenium or Cracked version of ScreenFlow (Its 100 for non-cracked version)
I use cracked screenflow if works and no lag
