Female Steve skin (Question for staff)

I made a female Steve skin (http://i.imgur.com/oBFCnUV.png) but I am worried if I submit it, it will get me temp-banned for "stealing Mojang textures" or something like that (even though I made the skin from scratch), and I want the staff to tell me if submitting it will get me temp-banned or not

As long as you did not steal any parts/skins/colors that you did not create yourself you should be fine. Using, applying or copying shading templates is prohibited as well.
In general, the skin must be 100% under your creation.
Don't use NovaSkin, SkinCraft, etc. by the way. They have an armory of parts others have made for you to acquire and use. Refrain from site-based skin creators and use skin programs such as McSkin3D.
