Version 1.5.0.300 is out! Mostly bug-fixes, but here's a changelog:

- Lightened the load even more.
- Made program more portable
- New Skin now defaults to 1.8 human
- New Skin now checkerboards the default area instead of white, makes it easier to see in 2D view
- All "Delete" operations now send to Recycle Bin
- Fixed a huge issue with the root folder (should fix any issues with moving, cloning and renaming)
- New/Copied skins and folders now properly use the New prefix, and refer to language files for "New", "Copy", etc.
- Tree view default height was wrong, caused some distortion on heads.
- Re-upgraded to .NET 4.0
- Reduced size of exception messages
- Moved tool options dropdown to top-right

Not many changes, but, Pony support is in. It's not entirely completed yet, as we're in the process of re-designing the "parts" to be more modular.

I also fixed a few tiny bugs, as well as two MAJOR bugs (paint bucket/color picker were swapping G and B value, as well as a render bug that caused paint bucket to crash).

The new color wheel isn't in this version, but it will be in the next beta.

I still have a problem even after I extract the files. It'll say it has chosen the default language and then crash, giving me a bunch of "error' messages, saying it could not open. (This occurs after the second time opening the program once...).

"You are trying to open MCSkin3D in a temporary location, contact a developer"


Applicaition Error? I'm using this on a windows computer, no idea how it's not working, I extracted the files even after it said to do this in the first place?

That error only pops if it is running inside the Temp folder, which most zip programs do if you try to run stuff inside of the zip. You've got to extract the whole archive somewhere (all of the folders/files must be alongside the executable) and then run it.

Hello. I have a model I am working on right now, and I'd like to know if it's possible to import custom models into MCSkin3D for texturing. Does it support this in the first place? And do you know how I might go about compiling .xml objects from .java objects?

I was making a skin today, but for some reason my cursor glitched and it's not in the right place. It's about 2 centimetres above where my cursor actually is, and I have no idea why. :/

You change your template to Steve (Minimal) instead of just Steve. Steve is not mirrored but Steve (Minimal) Is mirrored.

At the bottom under the colour wheel for both RGBA and HSVA the A controls how Transparent your pencil colour is.

Extract the folder, then open the extracted folder and open the one with the MCSkin3D icon.

It's a desktop app, that sorta thing isn't required. I don't see a memory leak being in there, but I'll look through that to see.
