there are people with talent who dont need to work to achieve great things,

Hit up google, which will probably direct you to Youtube, i found plenty of useful tutorials there. As for mods, you better have some programming skill because you will need java....lots of java...lol

Look my man. Just keep on making skins and watch as they get better and better.
I myself am a novice skin maker, but I have created a lot of em. My tip is to just keep making them and you will slowly get better! Trust me. I used to suck at making skins, and now I can make some really cool ones! None of which are posted on here yet lol.
to the English issue, quit criticizing the poor guy! English does not come naturally to everyone! You cannot spell every word in existence, can you? No. So you have no room to talk. I'm not trying to start anything, I'm just saying.

In all honesty I don't mind people who don't speak English well, so long as they try when on mostly English sites such as this one. You seem to try and that's what really matters for me. Half the time people who's first language isn't English speak it better than some of us who's first language is English. I myself am guilty of poor grammar and spelling on many occasions as I'm often times lazy.

The assumption wasn't bad, English is one of the most used languages in the world, mandarin is number one but English is most likely the most used on the internet.
Now back on topic, I find that most people who submit great works tend to have amazing skills at it and tend to produce many awesome things, and as previously pointed out practice makes perfect. I wish my art skills were up to par but sadly they aren't so I just try my hardest and ignore the hate, though not all who post something slightly negative are posting hate. Often times they are just critiquing your work trying help you improve upon it.

There are actually 6,909 spoken languages, and alot more unspoken languages, but close enough! He has a point, not everyone is from England/America (even though I am) where everyone speaks English and whoever doesn't is considered uneducated.

Practice makes perfect... Just keep trying your best and put out amazing submissions. There are plenty of tutorials on how you make texture packs (16x16 or hd). Same thing for skins. As for mods... That's a little tricky. You will need to learn Java, and stuff... ( I don't make mods :p ).
