Why the heck java?! I delete Nero sumthing and then it can't create a virtual machine here's the exact message

I may have it fixed i deleted minecraft, java and everything to do with java or minecraft and am re installing it.

Well I re download it and install it and everything but when i try to open minecraft it gives the same message!
Oh yeah I can't play in browser either! I'm really mad and I have low disc space!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm really sad that i can't play minecraft!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
